All consignments are fulfilled and dispatched directly from central European distribution hubs to guarantee secure transit, insured handling, and complete exemption from import customs duties for EU destinations.

1. Fulfillment Territories & Customs Freedom

We deliver across the European Single Market. Because our warehouse network is stationed within the European Union (Germany, Netherlands, and Poland), all deliveries to EU member states are free from customs clearance fees, cross-border handling tariffs, or unexpected import taxes.

Primary EU Shipping Zone (Duty-Free):

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Non-EU European Destinations: Orders shipped to territories outside the EU Customs Union (including Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, and Andorra) are subject to local customs declarations, administrative clearance fees, and national import VAT upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Transit Protection & Claims

Every VOLTMAN parcel travels under 100% comprehensive carrier insurance. In the rare event of transit damage:

  1. Document any exterior packaging damage with the carrier agent upon delivery.
  2. Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the outer carton, shipping label, and internal equipment.
  3. Contact our technical support team within 48 hours at support@voltman.com with your order reference number to arrange an immediate warranty replacement.
